Created from the grouping of 7 CFAs on 03 January 2013, BTP CFA Ile-de-France is an association managed on a parity basis by a Board of Directors composed of representatives of the 5 employee trade union organisations (CFDT, CFE6CGC, CGT, CFTC, FO) and an employer's college grouping together the professional organisations representing the branch (CAPEB, FFB Ile-de-France Est, FFB Paris, FFB Paris Région Ile-de-France, FRTP, SCOP BTP).

BTP CFA IDF covers more than 30% of the BTP apprenticeship in the Paris region.

Our mission is to constantly strive for excellence.

This is reflected in our ability to support the development of skills and the professionalisation of our learners from the time they start training until their professional integration.

BTP CFA IDF's action is rooted both in a long-standing tradition of passing on knowledge and know-how and in a desire to adapt to the constant evolution of trades and organisations.

For young people, an offer of initial training leading to a diploma, around the CAP, the Brevet Professionnel, the BAC PRO, the BTS and the engineering school.

For adults and young adults, continuing education to acquire and develop professional skills.
